Products can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in.
Products need to have invoice, receipt or other proof of purchase.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund. It will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase (credit card, Pay Pal, etc.). Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless the return is the result of an error by xadosa.co.za.

When you send your item back to us, we’ll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return.
